About Camp Gee Football Academy
Camp Gee Football Academy was established in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, to give talented footballers aged 15 to 18 a structured, honest and fully free route into professional football.
Why Camp Gee Academy was established
Across Nigeria there are footballers with genuine professional potential who never reach a serious development environment. Some are overlooked because they play far from organised structures. Others are asked for money they do not have by people claiming to control access to trials, scouts or clubs.
Camp Gee Football Academy was established to remove that barrier completely. Every stage of the academy's process — application, trial, assessment, admission and training — is free. Selection is decided by coaches on the pitch, recorded in written assessments, and reviewed by the technical team.

Camp Gee Football Academy coaches players to be technically secure, tactically aware and physically prepared, in a possession-conscious game model that rewards decision-making and work rate.
Technical security under pressure
First touch, ball control and passing are trained in realistic, pressured situations rather than isolated drills.
Tactical understanding by position
Players learn the demands, positioning and responsibilities of their position and the roles around them.
Physical readiness
Strength, speed, endurance and recovery are prepared progressively and safely for the age group.
Decision-making
Sessions are designed so players must read situations and choose, not simply repeat patterns.
Professional behaviour
Attendance, punctuality, communication and respect are assessed alongside football ability.
Measured development
Progress is recorded through assessments, video analysis and periodic reviews with coach feedback.
